•    Prolongation of working hours during the days for stand construction and dismantling should be allowed based on written request by the Exhibitor, submitted not later than 14.00 h of the day for which the prolongation is required. Price: € 20/h excluding VAT for every stand (for every started hour)

GENERAL REGULATIONS:
•    Companies which failed to pay for their space, additional / technical services, and construction fees should not be allowed to their stands.
•    Services ordered in the days of stand arrangement / during the exhibition should be paid on the spot in cash.
•    Staying at the stands after the working hours is not permitted.
•    Connection to the power supply without a confirmation from the technicians is not permitted.
•    Drilling and welding activities on the constructions in the hall are not permitted.
